​How do I

place an order?

The only way to place your order is online. If you are unable to please email our team at service@beautyglowaustralia.com.au

Payment

& Shipping

Payment options are credit card/Paypal/Afterpay

Free shipping for orders over $100, 3-5 days delivery.

Flat rate of $10 for orders under $100, 3-5 days delivery.

Express delivery option $15, 1-3 days delivery.

Shipping guidelines are based on shipping date and not date of order and business days which are Monday – Friday.

Please contact us if your order does not arrive within the given time guidelines.

Returns

Refunds

All orders can be returned within 14days of delivery. If the products have not been opened or used, a credit of the value of your purchase will be given. Return postage is the buyers’ responsibility.

If the product is faulty please let us know straight away or within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

If you have an allergic reaction to a product, please let us know straight away or within 14 days for a full refund if no more than 20% of the product has been used. Everyone is different and it is possible for this to happen on occasion, so we advise that you always do a patch test before introducing any new product to your routine.
